The ETCIC offers a number of Qur’anic study programs in addition to the Sunday school. See below for details.
Quran Reading
This program is focused on teaching Quran Recitation with proper Tajweed
Details
The program has two tracks.
First track is focused on the beginners. There are no prerequisites for this track and students will be taught from the Qaida with focus on proper Makharij (sounds) for the Arabic alphabets and principles of joining them.
Second track is for intermediate level and is designed to teach students reading proficiency and to build their confidence in mastering Tajweed. This level requires proficiency of Track 1 content and the ability of the students to recite from the Quran Mushaf.
Schedule
This is a 2-day per week program, taking place on Monday and Wednesday. Track 1 will be from 6 PM to 7PM and Track 2 from 7:15 PM to 8:15 PM. These timings are subject to change as the prayer times move around through the year.

Quran Hifz
This program is focused on Quran Memorization (Hifd)
details
Hifz program provides the opportunity for children in the community to read and memorize the Quran with well qualified and experienced staff. The program will be an ongoing meeting twice a week. Quran reading fluency is required to enroll in this program. Students will be evaluated at enrollment.
Schedule
This is a 2-day per week program, on Friday 6:00-9:00 pm and Saturday 2:00-5:00 pm.
